Air-8 and D-Thatch will work together to reduce compacted soil and thatch. Here's a little more about each product: 

• 0-0-5 Air-8 Liquid Aeration is designed to create space in the soil, increase water penetration, and encourage deeper rooting to drive more oxygen into the topsoil profile. 
• 0-0-2 D-Thatch focuses on composting thatch faster by encouraging microbial activity at the soil surface and increasing heat. This exothermic release by increased soil activity will break down thatch from the soil level up.

Application Information:

You will need to water in the Air-8 this if you apply with a backpack/pump sprayer. If you apply with a hose-end sprayer, here is a video with instructions.

D-Thatch can be applied via a backpack/pump/hose-end sprayer but does not need to be watered in. It works best in the hotter months of the year. Just let it sit on the turf and work its magic. 

These products can be used on all grass types, including the following:

• Cool-Season Lawns - Kentucky Bluegrass, Turf Type Tall Fescue (all fescues), Ryegrass
• Warm-Season Lawns - Bermuda, St Augustine, Zoysia, Centipede, Bahia

Water-In  Instructions	Water the Air-8 into the soil within 24 hours with 1/4" of rainfall or irrigation. No need to water the D-Thatch in. Let it sit on top of the blades.
